How it works

Learning notes

Power pages should teach why repeaters need more planning than a desktop radio. The transmitter may draw high current during transmit, while controllers and receivers draw continuously.

Backup planning should not be guesswork. The club should track battery age, type, capacity, charger settings, test dates, runtime estimates, and replacement history.
