Volunteer With CBRA
CBRA volunteer opportunities are available to approved members. Visitors are welcome to attend meetings, ask questions, and learn how to get involved.
Service starts with participation.
Members help with meetings, events, public service activities, technical projects, education, field operations, and club support.
Events and meetings
Help with setup, greeting visitors, sign-in, programs, demonstrations, Field Day, and public outreach.
Radio and field work
Support operating events, portable stations, nets, emergency communications practice, and public service communications.
Technical projects
Help with repeaters, antennas, documentation, workshops, mesh projects, SDR, Raspberry Pi, and troubleshooting labs.
Volunteer signups require member access.
Public visitors can learn about volunteer areas here. Actual signup forms, event staffing needs, rosters, and internal volunteer details are protected for approved members.
